The Team

POW is a model peer led project with the staff and volunteers coming directly from the community served. Specialists from outside the prostitute community are only used in the administrative, financial and counselling roles where very specific technical skills are required.

POW employs 3 full time and 5 part time members of staff, along with any given number of volunteers. There is a Management board that meet quarterly and who govern the project.
